Work on a large COVID-19 testing platform in Germany, focused on payments, refunds, and physical Adyen terminal integration.
The operation needed reliable payment infrastructure across dozens of testing centers: online payments, refunds, and on-site card terminals that worked inside fast-moving daily workflows.
I worked on the platform at full-stack level, but the strongest part was the payment layer: online payments and refunds, including PayPal, plus the Adyen S1F2 physical card terminal. I built terminal flows with automatic amount handoff, receipt printing, live payment status, and a self-service setup that let providers assign terminals to their own locations.
The platform served 50+ testing centers with reliable payment and on-site terminal flows: automatic amounts, receipts, live status, and self-service assignment to locations.
