Problem

A national body needed a platform to train and certify thousands of users with strict completion rules.

What I did

As CTO, I led the team and delivered it from detailed spec to launch. I built the training, testing, and certification flows (including mandatory full-video viewing before tests), role-based access, and full accessibility. I mentored the team and introduced code review and technical-decision standards, working closely with the client to turn business needs into a clear specification.

Result

Launched at national scale, with thousands of participants across 40+ training programs and stable operation under real load.
